No Latency subtitles - for live broadcasts
At the start of the video signal, we separate the audio and send it to a speech-to-text AI. This process runs in parallel with video distribution, allowing time to generate high-quality subtitles and translations without adding latency.
Once ready, the video and live subtitles are delivered in sync within the player, with glass-to-glass latency as low as 3 seconds.
Translated subtitles - for live broadcasts
Auto generated caption (with speech-to-text AI), are sent to an AI-translation service where localized subtitles are send back. Although this uses multiple AI-services, it is still finished and delivered in sync with the video within glass-to-glass latencies as low as 3 seconds.

The combination of live events and commerce is incredibly powerful, especially when shopping elements are seamlessly integrated into a live stream using Shopify integration.
