Customizable Bundles
You purchase a bundle of user-hours in advance based on your own estimates. Whether you’re a small team or a large enterprise, we have packages designed to suit your requirements.
Automatic Renewal
A new bundle of the same type will be automatically invoiced when the current bundle is used up or exceeded. However, if your needs change, you have the option to request an upgrade or downgrade within a week of receiving the invoice.
Carryover Option
Worried about unused hours? Don’t be. Any remaining user-hours can be carried over to the next session, ensuring that you get the most out of your investment.
Validity Period
Your bundle remains valid for one year from the date of purchase, giving you ample time to utilize the allocated hours effectively.
Fair Use Policy
To ensure fair usage for all our customers, a minimum of 120 users per session will be applied. This policy helps maintain a consistent and optimal experience for everyone involved.
Premium SLA
We have a premium service level agreement (SLA) available for our customers who purchase the 50,000 user hours bundle or higher. This option is an additional 20% of the bundle price.
